1. There are 36 slots in the league, and 36 races. Each player gets 1 randomly drawn car weekly. I try and get all the players a chance to draw but it doesn't always work out.
2. Points are awarded similar to NASCAR however no bonus points are awarded. Position points only. First place gets 40 points, second 39, etc. Points based on full 40 car field.
3. If any player does not get a car due to lack of racers, they will advance in the race standings above any car that started and failed to finish, however they cannot finish higher than any car still running at the finish. (There are more teams this year than last so this should not be a problem.)
4. It seems that qualifying is being done on Saturday mornings this year. I'll try and get a copy posted at the VFW right after qualifying. It's also on the website ASAP.
5. Weekly updates will be posted for viewing at lazyj.org then press the NASCAR button, as soon as I can get the data sorted out post race.
6. Only points races count for the season. The Clash, the Daytona Qualifiers and the All-Star Race will not count for our points total.
7. Points leader at the end of the season will be the Champion. Ties will be broken as follows:
1) Most Wins, 2) Most Top 5's, 3) Most Top 10's
8. Any complaints or questions should be referred to Skip. Skip will enforce the rules and settle any grievances (which there won’t be).
9. Winners will be announced for the following:
· Overall Winner
· Top Ten Finishers
· Last Place (automatically entered next year)
· Other Awards as applicable, appropriate or earned during the year.
