DESIGN AND MAJOR BUILDING - HARRY HENDERSON
Take 2 55 gallon plastic barrels, cut them in half lengthwise. Bolt
three halves together in line. Attach a 2x4 strip of Styrofoam
along the sides with a 2x4. Then attach another large chunk
of Styrofoam in the middle of each side.
Cut off the front of a wheelbarrow and attach it to the front as
a bow. Make a small 2x4 frame, attach the seat assembly, lawn mower hood and the sponsor's Pizza Factory Frisbees for wheels, steering wheel and flags and you have a winning entry!
